Structural Design of 130 m Steel Truss Bridge on Gaoqing to Shanghe Highway
As an important form of bridge structure,steel truss bridges play a crucial role in the construction of long-span bridges.Its design involves complex structural analysis,node design,and material selection.Taking the 130 m steel truss bridge project from Gao-qing to Shanghe Highway as an example,combined with the actual situation of the project,design a steel truss bridge structure scheme.In the design phase,finite element analysis software was used to accurately set the member numbers,load values,and material parame-ters of the bridge,and a finite element analysis model was established.In the overall design stage,comprehensive consideration was giv-en to the site selection and cross-sectional design of the bridge to ensure the rationality of the bridge structure.The design of the up-per structure mainly includes the design of key components such as the main truss members,crossbeams,and longitudinal beams to meet the bearing requirements of the bridge.The design of the substructure focuses on the stability and durability of the foundation.Through this series of design processes,the safety and stability of the steel truss bridge have been ensured.Through static load experi-ments,it has been verified that the stress,deflection,and buckling stability coefficient of the steel truss bridge meet the requirements of the specifications.
