Optimization Analysis of Design Parameters of Cable-stayed Bridges with Low Pylon
In order to analyze the mechanical performance of a long-span cable-stayed bridge,the Taiyuan Hefen large-span cable-stayed bridge was taken as an engineering case.According to the design parameters of the cable-stayed cable,the area of the cable-stayed cable,the distance between the cable-stayed cable and the length of the cable-free zone were selected as the analysis pa-rameters,and the three indexes of the cable-stayed cable stress with the worst mechanical performance,the mid-span deflection of the main beam and the most unfavorable stress of the main beam section were selected as the objective function.Define the structure synthesis objective function W.According to the parameter analysis of orthogonal test method,the optimal parameter combination of the cable-stayed bridge is determined.Meanwhile,the comprehensive objective W of the structure is analyzed by using range analysis and variance analysis,and the sensitivity and significance of the design parameters of the cable-stayed bridge on the mechanical perform-ance of the cable-stayed bridge are obtained.The results show that the optimal combination of cable-stayed bridge design parameters is as follows:the area of the cable-stayed cable is 1.2 times of the original design,the distance of the cable-stayed cable is 4.0 m,and the length of the cable-free zone is 30 m.Compared with the original design scheme,the stress of the main beam is reduced by 9.9%,the deflection of the main beam is reduced by 3.0%,and the stress of the cable is reduced by 7.4%.According to the mechan-ical index of the structure,the sensitivity degree of the parameters is the distance of the cable,the area of the cable and the length of the cable-free zone in order from strong to weak.
