摘要

钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术是在桩身混凝土达到预定强度后,在桩周和桩端压入水泥浆,通过改变桩土相互作用关系,达到大幅提高桩基承载力的目的.首先介绍了钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术的作用机理,随后依托沈阳地区本溪至集安高速公路本溪至桓仁(辽吉界)段工程,详细介绍了钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术的施工工艺,包括压浆设备、压浆装置制作、压浆装置安装、浆液配置,强调压浆施工技术要点,并就常见施工事故提出了处理方法.

Abstract

The post-grouting technology of bored pile is to press cement slurry around and at the end of pile after the concrete reaches the predetermined strength,and to improve the bearing capacity of pile foundation by changing the interaction between pile and soil.This paper first introduces the mechanism of post-grouting technology of bored pile,and then,based on the project of Benxi to Huan-ren(border of Liaoning and Jilin)section of Benxi to Ji'an Expressway in Shenyang area,introduces the construction technology of post-grouting technology of bored pile in detail,including grouting equipment,grouting device production,grouting device installation and slurry configuration,emphasizing the key points of grouting construction technology.The treatment methods of common construction ac-cidents are also put forward.
