摘要

通过分析0#梁段托架施工及边跨直线段托架施工方法,对托架的安装拆除、预压方法进行了重点分析,同时,对托架设计荷载及组合进行了计算并详细阐述了预压的工序及测点布置.研究表明,托架预压可达到如下 3 个目的:(1)消除托架间的非弹性变形;(2)测量出托架的弹性变形值作为施工预留拱度的依据;(3)测出沉降,保证0#梁段的线型及高程,为同类型的桥梁施工提供经验数据.

Abstract

By analyzing the construction method of the bracket of 0#beam section and the construction method of the bracket of the straight line section of the side span,the installation and dismantling of the bracket and the preloading method are analyzed emphatical-ly.At the same time,the design load and combination of the bracket are calculated and the preloading process and the arrangement of measuring points are described in detail.The results show that the preloading of brackets can achieve the following three purposes:(1)Eliminate the inelastic deformation between brackets;(2)Measure the elastic deformation value of the bracket as the basis of construc-tion reserved camber;(3)Settlement is measured to ensure the line type and elevation of the 0#beam segment,providing empirical data for the same type of bridge construction.
