摘要

大潮高速公路所在地地质条件复杂、高墩施工难度大,其液压爬模技术应用具有代表性.通过实际案例分析,总结了大潮高速公路高墩液压爬模特点、工作原理和基本构造.根据实际工程经验,分析了大潮高速公路高墩液压爬模施工中爬锥预埋、架体安装以及模板拆除的控制要点,并提出了垂直度与外观质量控制措施.

Abstract

The geological conditions of the Dachao Expressway are complex,and the construction of high piers is difficult.The applica-tion of hydraulic climbing formwork technology is representative.The hydraulic climbing model points,working principles,and basic structures of high piers on the Dachao Expressway are summarized.Based on practical engineering experience,this paper analyzes the control points of pre-embedding the climbing cone,installing the frame,and removing the formwork in the hydraulic climbing form-work construction of high piers on the Dachao Expressway.The verticality and appearance quality control measures are summarized.
