国产大功率摊铺设备对沥青路面平整度影响分析

摘要
为分析国产大功率摊铺设备对沥青路面平整度的影响,依托吴圩至大塘高速公路,利用国产大功率摊铺设备及进口摊铺设备铺筑沥青路面试验段,对不同摊铺设备沥青路面各结构层平整度结果进行分析.结果表明:采用国产大功率摊铺设备可以提高横向摊铺均匀性,提升沥青路面平整度;大功率摊铺设备整机输出功率、整机质量及料斗容量越大,路面平整度水平越高.
Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of domestic high-power paving equipment on the planeness of asphalt pavement,relying on Wuxu to Datang Expressway,using domestic high-power paving equipment and imported paving equipment to pave asphalt pavement test sections,and the results of the planeness of each structural layer of asphalt pavement with different paving equipment were ana-lyzed.The results indicate that using domestic high-power paving equipment can improve the uniformity of transverse paving and im-prove the evenness of asphalt pavement.The larger the output power,mass and hopper capacity of high power paving equipment,the higher level of road surface planeness.
