Foundation Earthwork Filling and Compaction Technology of National Highway 522
Based on the National Highway 522 line project,the filling and compaction technology of subgrade earthwork is discussed in depth.Through the detailed site survey and cleaning,the old road surface excavation and other preparatory work to ensure the construc-tion of a solid foundation.In the stage of roadbed earthwork filling,the performance of filling material is improved effectively by using sieving treatment to remove large-size soil and stone materials,combining with crushing,mixing and adding special modifier.After the completion of filling,through careful compaction operations to ensure the compactness and stability of the roadbed.Through strict test,it is proved that the maximum settlement of subgrade of National Highway 522 is only 4.68 mm,without serious settlement deforma-tion,and the construction quality is effectively guaranteed.
