摘要
为探究挂篮悬臂浇筑施工技术在桥梁工程中的应用效果,结合山西昕水河特大桥工程实际案例,根据工程现场条件,研究了挂篮悬臂浇筑施工的挂篮拼装施工、预压施工、行走施工、混凝土浇筑施工、张拉、拆除以及合龙段施工等技术要点.结果表明通过全面把握各项工艺的落实,能够充分保障工程施工质量和效率得到提升.
Abstract
In order to explore the application effect of hanging basket cantilever pouring construction technology in bridge engineering,combining with the actual case of Shanxi Xinshui River Extra Large Bridge Project,and based on the engineering site conditions,the technical points of hanging basket assembly construction,preloading construction,walking construction,concrete pouring construction,tensioning,demolition,and closure section construction of hanging basket cantilever pouring construction were studied.The results indi-cate that by comprehensively grasping the implementation of various processes,the construction quality and efficiency of the project can be fully guaranteed to be improved.
