Analysis of Road Performance of Water-Stabilized Filled Large-Size Crushed Stone Materials
In order to study the road performance of water-stabilized large-grained crushed stone materials,a single-grained coarse aggregate was selected for the proportion test, and the mechanical properties and anti-cracking properties of water-stabilized large-grained crushed stone materials were analyzed by compressive strength, modulus of elasticity, bending and tensile strength, and shrink-age tests at different ages. The results show that the hydraulic stabilization filled large-size gravel material has considerable bearing capacity and can effectively inhibit the expansion of cracks.Compared with conventional water-stabilized materials, the temperature shrinkage coefficient of water-stabilized filled large-size gravel material decreases by more than 40%from 0℃to 10℃,which is not easy to produce cracks due to excessive shrinkage, and the resilience modulus reaches about 50%of the conventional water-stabi-lized materials, which is a better load-bearing performance, and at the same time, the drying shrinkage coefficient is lower than that of conventional water-stabilized materials by about20%,which exhibits excellent resistance to drying shrinkage performance.
