Anti-stress Performance Test of Cement-stabilized Porous Basalt Gravel
The performance tests of raw materials were carried out to compare them with ordinary basalt gravel.Porous basalt gravel specimens with different cement contents were prepared by the single sieve method, cured at different ages, and the unconfined com-pressive strength test and static compressive resilience modulus test were carried out.The strength indexes of the specimens at different ages and different cement dosages were obtained, and the relationship between the two was analyzed, and the water absorption rate of porous basalt gravel was twice that of ordinary basalt gravel. When the cement content is4%,it can meet the heavy traffic conditions of highways and first-class highways; When the cement content is5.5%,it can meet the extremely heavy traffic conditions of highways and first-class highways; The unconfined compressive strength is proportional to the static compressive resilience modulus, which changes greatly in the early stage of curing and tends to be stable in the later stage.
