摘要
随着城镇化的快速发展,城区高速公路越来越多地承担起城市交通功能,部分高速出入口路段拥堵严重,极大影响公路网和城市运行的整体效率.综合考虑用地规划、路网结构、交通方式、运输需求和建设条件等因素,通过新增互通促进既有高速公路与城市路网的快速衔接与转换需求日益增加.以长沙市望城经开区互通为例,分别从规划论证、技术指标、互通形式、交通疏解等方面系统性阐述城镇化地区高速公路新增互通设计要点.
Abstract
With the rapid development of urbanization,more and more urban expressways have assumed the function of urban traffic,and some expressways have serious congestion,which greatly affects the overall efficiency of highway network and urban operation.Con-sidering the factors such as land use planning,road network structure,transportation mode,transportation demand and construction con-ditions,the need to promote the rapid connection and conversion of existing highways and urban road network through new interworking is increasing day by day.Taking the interchange of Wangcheng economic development zone of Changsha as an example,this paper sys-tematically expounds the key points of added interworking design of expressways in urbanization areas from the aspects of planning demonstration,technical indicators,interchange forms,traffic dispersal.
