考虑排水性能的改性沥青混合料设计及路面施工工艺

依托实际工程,通过试验对改性沥青的性能进行深入分析,进一步探讨了排水沥青路面施工工艺,得到如下结论:(1)综合考虑各项性能检测结果和经济性可知,对于SBS改性沥青而言,高黏剂(HVA)的最佳掺量为 9%;(2)对于HVA掺量为9%、聚酯纤维掺量为 0.1%的高黏复合改性沥青混合料,其最佳矿料级配为:m(矿粉)∶m(0~3 mm)∶m(5~10 mm)∶m(10~15 mm)=3.5%∶9%∶42%∶45.5%,最佳油石比为4.8%;(3)排水沥青混合料由于其粗集料占比大、粒径大,故需在施工中避免粗细集料离析现象的发生,严格控制拌和、运输、摊铺、压实等施工过程的质量.
Design of Modified Asphalt Mixture and Pavement Construction Technology Considering Drainage Performance
Based on practical engineering,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the performance of high viscosity modified as-phalt through experiments,and further explores the construction technology of drainage asphalt pavement.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Taking into account the results of various performance tests and economy,it can be concluded that the optimal dosage of High Viscosity Additive(HVA)for SBS modified asphalt is 9%;(2)For a high viscosity composite modified asphalt mixture with a HVA content of 9%and a polyester fiber content of 0.1%,the optimal mineral aggregate gradation is:m(mineral powder)∶m(0~3 mm)∶m(5~10 mm)∶m(10~15 mm)=3.5%∶9%∶42%∶45.5%,and the optimal oil stone ratio is 4.8%;(3)Due to the large proportion and particle size of coarse aggregate in drainage asphalt mixture,it is necessary to avoid the occurrence of coarse and fine aggregate segregation during construction,and strictly control the quality of mixing,transportation,paving,compaction and other construction processes.
