摘要

超薄罩面技术主要用于提高路面的平整度以及修复路面病害,提升道路的抗滑性能,与此同时亦可以在很大程度上延长道路使用寿命.为了研究高黏沥青技术性能,结合博乐四台至赛里木湖段所在地温度、气候、交通状况及工程材料特点,从原材料出发,对高黏沥青的关键指标进行研究,通过试验发现所有指标都满足高黏沥青的技术规格;通过对混合料的运输、粘层油的喷洒、混合料的摊铺以及碾压对薄层罩面的施工工艺进行了详细阐述,最后以平整度、抗滑强度以及构造深度等进行分析,结果表明:薄层罩面可以有效改善路面的抗滑性能、平整度以及构造深度,从而提高道路的使用年限.

Abstract

Ultra-thin overlay technology is mainly used to improve the smoothness of the road surface and repair road diseases,im-prove the anti-skid performance of the road,and at the same time can also extend the service life of the road to a large extent.In order to study the technical performance of high viscosity asphalt,combined with the temperature,climate,traffic conditions and engineering material characteristics of the section from Bole Sitai to Sailimu Lake,starting from raw materials,the key indicators of high viscosity asphalt were studied,and it was found through tests that all indicators met the technical specifications of high viscosity asphalt,the pav-ing and rolling of the mixture elaborates the construction process of the thin layer overlay,and finally analyzes the flatness,anti-slip strength and structural depth,and the results show that:the thin layer overlay can effectively improve the skid resistance,flatness and structural depth of the pavement,thereby increasing the service life of the road.
