斜拉桥分肢柱式桥塔结构性能分析

以芜湖长江公路二桥为例,对该桥的桥塔设计进行了阐述.针对该桥的分肢柱式桥塔造型,采用有限元软件进行了实体分析.详细分析了桥塔塔柱、齿板锚固索节段、索塔分肢节段、下横梁节段和底座节段的受力性能.计算结果表明,桥塔塔柱应力水平满足规范要求,结构的安全储备良好,分肢柱式桥塔的截面尺寸较为合理.但在最不利荷载工况下,索塔分肢底面、两塔肢之间的横梁和底座顶面均会产生较大的拉应力,需采取一定的加强措施.可考虑增加横向预应力钢束,对局部拉应力改善作用较为明显.最后对类似桥塔的设计中需要注意的地方提出了合理建议.
Structural Performance Analysis of Split Column Bridge Tower of Cable-stayed Bridge
Taking the Second Wuhu Yangtze River Highway Bridge as an example,the design of the bridge tower is introduced in de-tail.Aiming at the modeling of the split column bridge tower of the bridge,the analysis was carried out by using finite element software.The stress performance of tower column,tooth plate anchorage cable segment,cable tower limb segment,middle cross beam segment and base plate segment are analyzed in detail.The calculation results show that the stress level of the bridge tower column meets stand-ard requirements,the safety reserve of the structure is good,and the section size of the split column bridge tower is reasonable.Howev-er,under the most unfavorable load conditions,the bottom surface of the tower limb,the beam between the two tower limbs and the top surface of the base plate will produce large tensile stress,and certain strengthening measures need to be taken.It can be considered to increase the transverse prestressed steel wires,which has obvious effect on the improvement of local tensile stress.Finally,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the design of similar bridge towers.
