Structural Parameter Analysis of Steel-concrete Composite Bridge Based on Control Variable Method
In order to study the influence rule of structural parameters of steel-concrete composite bridge on mechanical performance, the finite element software was used to establish the segment finite element model of steel-concrete composite bridge panel.Based on the control variable method, the parametric analysis of steel-concrete composite bridge panel was carried out,and the thickness of steel panel was studied respectively.Effects of concrete panel thickness and shear nail spacing on mid-span stress and fulcrum stress of steel panel,mid-span stress and fulcrum stress of concrete panel and mid-span deflection. The results show that with the increase of the thickness of the concrete panel and the thickness of the steel panel, the mechanical properties of the steel concrete composite bridge panel structure tend to decrease, and with the increase of the distance between shear nails, the mechanical properties of the structure also increase. The three parameters have the greatest influence on the thickness of the concrete panel. The maximum influence degree is38.01%and35.50%of the distance between steel panel and shear nails, respectively. Therefore,in the design of similar structures,we can pay more attention to the change of the thickness parameters of concrete slab to ensure the good mechanical perform-ance of the structure.
