Analysis of Influence of Non-synchronous Jacking on Main Girder of Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge with V-shaped Piers
Taking V-piers continuous rigid frame bridge as engineering background, the mechanical characteristics of V-pier contin-uous rigid frame bridge are analyzed and the general situation of main span bridge is briefly introduced. The status of V-shaped piers continuous rigid frame bridge which needs to be jacked up is evaluated according to the code and taken as the prerequisite for jacking up.The jacking scheme design of the bridge is analyzed.According to the jacking scheme, the system conversion during the cutting jacking process of the V-shaped continuous rigid frame bridge is analyzed. After the cutting is completed, the main bridge should be jacked up.Proposed full bridge model was used to simulate the jacking asynchronous condition.Through calculation and analysis,it can be seen that when the displacement difference is controlled within 20 mm,it will not have a significant impact on the safety of the main bridge structure during the jacking process. In the construction process, synchronous jacking should be realized as far as possible through real-time monitoring and measurement.
