大跨度悬索桥在施工过程中节段钢桁梁之间的连接方式对桥梁结构的安全和进度起着至关重要的作用,采用合理的连接方式,可以保证设计成桥状态的实现,又能保证施工期桥梁结构的安全受力和施工平稳,同时还能优化工序,缩短施工工期.依托贵州金烽乌江大桥,根据逐段铰接法、逐段刚接法及钢铰混合法制定了5 种不同的施工方案,对不同方案下的受力和变形进行了对比分析.结合工程现场实际要求,选用方案Ⅱ指导施工,实际采集得到最大应力为-61.3 MPa,最大索力为1 743.6 kN,加劲梁整体线形变化平缓,满足了施工过程中的结构安全要求.
Comparison and Selection of Construction Connection Schemes Between Segmental Steel Truss Beams of Large Span Suspension Bridges
In the construction process of large span suspension bridge,the connection mode between the segmental steel girder plays a crucial role in the safety and progress of the bridge structure.Adopting a reasonable connection mode can ensure the realization of the design into the bridge state,ensure the safety and stable construction of the bridge structure during the construction period,and opti-mize the process and shorten the construction period.Based on the Jinfeng Wujiang Bridge in Guizhou Province,five different construc-tion schemes are made according to the method of section by section articulation,section by section rigid joint and steel hinge mixture.According to the actual requirements of the project site,scheme II is selected to guide the construction.The actual collected maximum stress is-61.3 MPa,the maximum cable force is1743.6 kN,and the overall linear shape of the stiffened beam changes gently,which meets the structural safety requirements in the construction process.
