摘要
在我国高速公路建设中,隧道施工数量不断增加,隧道施工规模及难度不断增大.为确保公路隧道施工过程中,在质量、进度、安全、文明、环保等方面目标的实现,同时为提高投资效益及工程管理水平,从实际管理角度出发,依托德州至上饶高速公路池州至祁门段大洪村隧道,在技术准备、测量准备、试验准备、隧道洞口施工、中导洞施工及主洞施工六个方面详细介绍在公路隧道施工中质量控制等各方面控制重点、难点.通过实际施工经验,总结出在隧道施工过程中易出现的质量问题的地方或工序,通过对问题的解析,提出解决方案.
Abstract
In the construction of highways in China,the number of tunnel constructions is constantly increasing,and the scale and diffi-culty of tunnel construction are constantly increasing.In order to ensure the achievement of quality,progress,safety,civilization,envi-ronmental protection and other goals during the construction of highway tunnels,and to improve investment efficiency and engineering management level,from the perspective of practical management,relying on the Dahongcun Tunnel in the Chizhou to Qimen section of the Dezhou to Shangrao Expressway,this article provides a detailed introduction to the key and difficult points of quality control in highway tunnel construction in six aspects:technical preparation,measurement preparation,test preparation,tunnel entrance construc-tion,middle guide tunnel construction and main tunnel construction.Through practical construction experience analysis,identify the ar-eas or processes where quality problems are prone to occur during tunnel construction.By analyzing the problems,the solution is pro-posed.
