Based on the characteristics of civil engineering and transportation majors,this paper aims at the problems such as the weak correlation between college talent training mode and enterprises and actual engineering projects,and the disconnection between the the-oretical knowledge system of talents and key engineering technologies.Through the comprehensive analysis and summary of the relevant research and practice on the reform of personnel training mode,this paper expounds the important significance of the school-enterprise cooperation in the reform of personnel training mode.The integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation can promote the benign interaction between industry and education,effectively improve the pertinency and practical ability of talent train-ing,and promote the virtuous cycle of educational innovation and industrial development.Therefore,the integration of production and education with school-enterprise cooperation is of great significance for promoting the reform of the training mode of civil engineering and transportation professionals.
