较大索力耳板节点设计技术

拱桥吊杆与拱肋和主梁的连接方式种类较多,叉耳套筒型锚固体系为其中一种常采用的连接方式。吊杆作为拱桥的关键受力构件,其连接节点可靠性对结构安全意义重大。针对实际拱桥结构较大索力处耳板建立局部有限元计算模型,分析其连接可靠性,计算结果表明400 t左右索力采用此构造耳板安全性可满足要求。
Design Technology of Lug Plate Connected with Larger Cable Force Suspender
There are many types of connection methods between the suspender of an arch bridge and the arch ribs and the main girder,among which lug sleeve anchoring system is commonly adopted.The reliability of the connection nodes is of great significance to the structural safety since the suspenders are functioning as the critical stress-bearing components of an arch bridge.A local finite ele-ment model is established for the lug plate,the cable force of which is relatively larger,to analyze the reliability of a practical arch bridge structure.The calculation results show that the adopted lug plate in the structure can meet the requirement for the cable force of approximately 400 tons.
