基于无损检测的高速公路高架桥病害检测与成因分析

在高速公路高架桥病害的无损检测工作中,在选择合适的超声波传感器后,将传感器放置于高架桥桥梁的底部或侧面,并通过控制器记录下传感器接收到的超声波信号。由于传感器获取到的超声波信号可能带有杂波和噪声,因此,在集采信号后还需对信号进行滤波处理。通过对处理后的信号进行分析,可以识别出潜在的病害位置和类型。在超声波无损检测的基础上,结合信号分析结果,从混凝土质量、施工质量、环境因素等多个方面,对高速公路高架桥的病害成因展开深入分析。在实例结果中,不同模态阶数的实测频率与理论频率之间存在细微的差异。第一阶模态的实测频率为 1。23 Hz,而理论频率为1。21 Hz;第三阶模态的实测频率为6。78 Hz,而理论频率为6。80 Hz。这些差异可以判断桥梁是否存在病害及其严重程度。
Detection and Cause Analysis of Expressway Viaduct Disease Based on Non-destructive Testing
In the non-destructive testing of expressway viaduct diseases,after selecting a suitable ultrasonic sensor,the sensor is placed at the bottom or side of viaduct,and the ultrasonic signal received by the sensor is recorded by the controller.Due to the possi-bility of clutter and noise in the ultrasonic signals obtained by sensors,filtering is required after the centralized procurement price sig-nal.Analysis of the treated signals identified the potential location and type of the disease.Based on ultrasonic non-destructive testing and signal analysis results,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the causes of diseases in expressway viaduct from multiple aspects such as concrete quality,construction quality,and environmental factors.In the example results,there are subtle differences between the measured and theoretical frequencies of different mode orders.The measured frequency of the first order mode is 1.23 Hz,while the theoretical frequency is 1.21 Hz;the measured frequency of the third order mode is 6.78 Hz,while the theoretical frequency is 6.80 Hz.These differences can determine whether the bridge has a disease and its severity.
