Design Points and Verification Analysis of Highways Continuous Beam Bridge
In order to improve the design quality of continuous beam bridges on highways and prevent safety accidents during construc-tion and operation,the structural selection principles and bridge layout principles of continuous beam bridges were analyzed.Taking the continuous beam bridge on the Anshun-Panzhou(Guizhou-Yunnan border)Expressway as the research object,it was divided into three spans with a span combination of(39+68+39)m.The physical and mechanical parameters of the bridge concrete and steel bars were selected,and designed the top plate thickness(mid span top plate and cantilever top plate),bottom plate thickness,web plate thickness,etc.Subsequently,the calculation load and action combination of the continuous beam bridge were analyzed,and a three-di-mensional simulation model of the continuous beam bridge was established using the finite element software.The performance of the bridge under the ultimate bearing capacity and normal use limit state was verified.It was found that the shear,torsion,bending,and crack resistance of the bridge met the code,and the deflection of the cantilever end was less than 1/300 of the cantilever length,and the deflection of the side span and middle span was less than 1/600 of the calculated span,indicating that the design scheme of the continuous beam bridge is feasible.
