"微改造"治理高峰拥堵——以合肥市望江西路潮汐车道为例

针对合肥市望江西路交通流存在潮汐现象、现状车道数无法满足高峰小时交通流需求的问题,依据潮汐车道设置的理论条件,同时结合望江西路实际项目特征,提出了"路段潮汐"与"交口潮汐"两大总体方案并进行比选,最终采用"交口潮汐车道"的改造方案,仅对主要交口的进出口车道进行改建。该方案以"小手术"的形式,节约工程造价,缩短施工周期,现场实施后切实有效地缓解了道路高峰期拥堵状况。同时考虑到项目实施前,合肥市尚无设置潮汐车道的案例,因此该项目引入移动式护栏进行管理,整个项目可作为潮汐车道的宣传与试点,为市域范围内后续潮汐车道的建设推广提供经验。
"Micro-modification"to Control Peak Traffic Congestion—Take the Tidal Lane of Wangjiang West Road in Hefei as an Example
The tidal phenomenon exists in traffic flow of Wangjiang West Road in Hefei,the status of lanes number cannot meet the de-mand of peak hours traffic flow,on the basis of the tidal lane set theoretical conditions,at the same time at the actual project character-istics,put forward the"road tide"and"intersection tide"two overall scheme and comparison,finally the use of"intersection tidal lanes"modification scheme,only for the main intersection import and export lanes for rebuilding.In the form of"minor operation",the operation saves the project cost,shortens the construction period,and effectively alleviates the congestion of the road peak hour after the site implementation.At the same time,considering that there was no case of tidal lanes set up in Hefei before the implementation of the project,the project introduced mobile guardrail for management.The whole project can be used as the publicity and pilot of tidal lanes,providing experience basis for the subsequent construction and promotion of tidal lanes within the city.
