Analysis of Key Work of Urban Rail Transit Project Combining Construction and Operation—A Case Study of Foshan
The introduction of relevant national policies has promoted the rapid development of urban rail transit.At this stage,urban rail transit projects have the characteristics of long cycle,multiple stages,complex projects and high technical requirements,involving investment,construction,operation,supervision and other units.There are problems such as unclear responsible subjects,insufficient consideration of operational requirements,inadequate supervision and guarantee,and imperfect coordination mechanism.In order to en-sure the construction and operation quality of urban rail transit project,based on the present situation of urban rail transit development in Foshan city,this paper analyzes the main problems in the handover process of rail construction and operation handover,combines the working characteristics of urban rail transit construction and operation,and puts forward a series of suggestions for implementation,such as paying full attention to operational requirements,establishing a complete list of powers and responsibilities,and strengthen overall planning and coordination.
