高速公路养护施工交通组织优化

为了研究不同交通量下,限速值、封闭车道数、养护维修作业区段长度对双向八车道高速公路交通组织方式的影响。建立仿真模型模拟不同年平均日交通量下四个典型断面,限速为60 km/h和80 km/h、封闭车道数为1 和2、养护维修作业区段长度为1、2、3、4 km的不同变量组合条件共56 种工况,计算得到平均行程时间和最大排队长度指标。结果表明,断面一、断面二平均行程时间与养护维修作业区段长度均呈线性增长;限速为60 km/h时的平均行程时间均大于限速为80 km/h时,最大排队长度均为0。断面三封闭1 个车道时与断面一、二相似,封闭2 个车道时,平均行程时间约为封闭1 个车道时的2~4 倍,产生拥堵;断面四平均行程时间约为通畅路段的6~12 倍,最大排队长度超过7 km。因此,断面一、断面二选取限速为80 km/h时,封闭2 个车道以及维修区段长度为4km的交通组织;断面三建议选取限速为80 km/h,封闭 1 个车道以及维修区段长度为4km的交通组织;断面四不建议全天封闭施工,有紧急施工需要,可根据实际交通运行时所能承受的最大排队长度,合理确定封闭时间或者夜间施工。
Traffic Organization Optimization of Expressway Maintenance Construction
In orcler to study the influence of speed limit value,closed lane number,and working area length on the traffic organization mode of a two-way,eight-lane expressway under different traffic volumes.The traffic simulation model to simulate four typical sec-tions of different annual average daily traffic volumes of expressways.The speed limit value is 60 km/h and 80 km/h,the closed lane numbers are 1 and 2,respectively,and the working area length is 1~4 km.Fifty-six working conditions of different variable combina-tions are calculated to obtain the average travel time index and the maximum queue length index.The results show that the average travel time and working area length of section 1 and section 2 increase linearly.The average travel time of 60 km/h is greater than 80 km/h,and the maximum queue length is 0.Section 3 is similar to section 1 and section 2 when close to one lane.When closing two lanes,the average travel time is about 2 to 4 times that when closing one,resulting in congestion.For section 4,the average travel time is about 6~12 times that of the unobstructed section,and the maximum queue length is more than 7 km.Therefore,the traffic organi-zation mode with a speed limit of 80 km/h,close two lanes,and a working area length of 4 km is selected for section 1 and section 2.It suggests that the traffic organization mode with a speed limit of 80 km/h,closing one lane,and a working area length of 4 km should be selected in section 3.It is not recommended for all-day closed construction in section 4.If section 4 has urgent construction needs,the closure time or night construction can be reasonably determined according to the maximum queue length the actual traffic operation can withstand.
