摘要

为解决国道339 线(原S317 线)昔阳县城过境段的交通拥堵和环境问题,以新的设计理念提出了公路路线设计的原则和要点.通过创新设计理念,包括全方位安全守护、生态环境协同共生、土地资源优化利用和区域协调发展策略,旨在提升公路服务水平和区域经济.采用四阶段法进行交通流量预测,并运用多路径概率分配方法进行交通量分配.设计方案考虑了平面线形、竖曲线、路线平纵组合和避险车道的精细化设计,以实现道路的安全、舒适和环保.通过通行能力评估,验证了设计的合理性,确保了公路路线能够满足通行需求,达到相对自由流状态,交通运行质量良好.设计的公路路线服务水平符合《公路工程技术标准》,能够有效改善昔阳县城的路网结构和交通环境.

Abstract

To solve the traffic congestion and environmental problems in the transit section of National Highway 339(formerly S317)in Xiyang County,the principles and key points of highway route design have been proposed with a new design concept.Through innova-tive design concepts,including comprehensive safety protection,ecological environment coordination and symbiosis,optimized utilization of land resources,and regional coordinated development strategies,the aim is to improve the level of highway services and regional e-conomy.Adopting the four stage method for traffic flow prediction and applying the multi-path probability allocation method for traffic volume allocation.The design scheme considers the fine design of horizontal alignment,vertical curves,combination of horizontal and vertical routes,and emergency escape lanes to achieve road safety,comfort,and environmental protection.Through capacity assessment,the rationality of the design has been verified,ensuring that the highway route can meet the traffic demand,achieve a relatively free flow state,and ensure good traffic operation quality.The service level of the designed highway route meets the Technical Standards for High-way Engineering and can effectively improve the road network structure and transportation environment of Xiyang County.
