山区城市道路选线方法与应用实例

随着社会经济和城市化进程的发展,城市建设逐步向外围拓展,部分城市为解决建设用地逐步扩大对山地的开发利用强度。城市道路平面定线必须综合考虑规划路网、沿线用地开发、社会环境、公众参与等多因素影响,将突破以往按城市规划布线的习惯,山区地形起伏较大的道路还应考虑纵面线形、地质选线要求。从城市道路和公路设计相互融合的角度,回顾了路线选线的相关研究成果和实践经验总结,结合工程设计实例,阐述了山区城市道路选线应遵循的地形地质选线、可持续发展选线、安全选线、经济选线的基本原则和方法,介绍了选线的基本思路和过程。提出应将绿色发展、全寿命期建设理念贯穿项目的整个过程等建议。
Route Selection Method and Application Examples for Mountainous Urban Roads
With the development of social economy and urbanization,urban construction has gradually expanded to the periphery.In or-der to solve the problem of construction land,some cities have gradually expanded the intensity of development and utilization of moun-tainous areas.The planar alignment of urban roads must comprehensively consider the influence of multiple factors such as planned road network,land development along the line,social environment,and public participation.It will break the habit of laying out accord-ing to urban planning in the past.Roads with large terrain fluctuations in mountainous areas should also consider the requirements of longitudinal alignment and geological line selection.From the perspective of the mutual integration of urban road and highway design,the relevant research results and practical experience summary of route selection are reviewed.Combined with engineering design exam-ples,the basic principles and methods of topographic and geological line selection,sustainable development line selection,safety line selection,and economic line selection that should be followed in the line selection of urban roads in mountainous areas are explained,and the basic ideas and processes of line selection are introduced.It is suggested that the concept of green development and full life cy-cle construction should be integrated throughout the entire process of the project.
