就地温拌再生沥青混合料长期抗车辙性能试验分析

为评价就地温拌再生沥青混合料的长期抗车辙性能,分别在高温60℃干燥环境和水浸泡环境下,采用小型加速加载设备(PaveMLS11)开展加速加载试验,并与热拌再生沥青混合料和新拌沥青混合料进行对比。结果表明,累计加载100 万次后,高温60℃干燥环境和高温60℃水浸泡环境下就地温拌再生沥青混合料车辙深度变形较小,其长期抗车辙性能最优。在水-温耦合作用下,就地温拌及热拌再生沥青混合料试件边缘翘曲变形为新拌沥青混合料的1。1 倍和1。3 倍,其长期抗车辙性能受水作用的影响大于新拌沥青混合料,但就地温拌再生沥青混合料长期抗车辙性能受水作用的影响优于热拌再生沥青混合料。因此,就地温拌再生沥青混合料具有较好的长期抗车辙性能。
Test Analysis of Long-Term Rutting Resistance Performance of Warm In-place Recycling Asphalt Mixture
In order to evaluate the long-term rutting resistance of warm in-place recycling asphalt mixture,accelerated loading tests were carried out with a small accelerated loading equipment(PaveMLS11)under dry conditions at 60℃and water immersion,respec-tively,and compared with hot mix recycled asphalt mixture and fresh asphalt mixture.The results show that after 1 million times of loading,the rutting depth deformation of recycled asphalt mixture is small in dry environment at high temperature of 60℃and water immersion environment at high temperature of 60℃,and the long-term rutting resistance is the best.Under the coupling effect of wa-ter and temperature,the edge warping deformation of the samples of warm in-place recycling and hot mix recycled asphalt mixture is 1.1 times and 1.3 times that of new mix asphalt mixture,and the influence of water on the long-term rutting resistance of the samples is greater than that of new mix asphalt mixture,but the influence of water on the long-term rutting resistance of warm in-place recy-cling asphalt mixture is better than that of hot mix recycled asphalt mixture.Therefore,the warm in-place recycling asphalt mixture has better long-term rutting resistance.
