基于多源数据融合的市级公路桥梁管养平台设计与应用

针对当前桥梁检测、监测、养护数据利用不充分、融合程度低等问题,分析了桥梁多源数据管理和应用现状,围绕桥梁管养单位、检测机构、养护单位的实际需求,研发了桥梁数字档案、健康监测、运维管养三大子系统,汇聚桥梁检测、监测、养护数据形成了市级公路桥梁管养平台,并在南通市国省道桥梁推广应用,实现了桥梁巡查、检测、监测、评估、决策、养护的闭环管理.
Design and Application of Municipal Level Highway Bridge Maintenance Platform Based on Multi-source Data Fusion
In response to the current issues of insufficient utilization and low integration of bridge inspection,monitoring,and mainte-nance data,this paper analyzes the current status of multi-source data management and application in bridges.Focusing on the actual needs of bridge management and maintenance units,inspection institutions,and maintenance units,three major subsystems have been developed:the bridge digital archive,health monitoring,and operation and maintenance management.These subsystems aggregate bridge inspection,monitoring,and maintenance data to form a municipal-level highway bridge management and maintenance platform,which has been promoted and applied in the national and provincial road bridges of Nantong City.It has realized the closed-loop man-agement of bridge inspection,detection,monitoring,evaluation,decision-making,and maintenance.
