摘要
针对建养一体化新模式中,项目合同基价测算以及计量支付方面的不足,以农村公路建养一体化工程为依托,探讨了对项目合同基价的测算以及项目具体计量支付款的算法,明确了农村公路建养一体化项目的费用组成,同时提出了以路面养护综合质量指数(CMQI)为指标的建养一体化项目计量与支付方法.
Abstract
In view of the deficiencies in the calculation of the project contract base price and the measurement payment in the new mod-el of construction and maintenance integration,the calculation of the project contract base price and the algorithm of the specific meas-urement and payment of the project are discussed based on rural roads construction and maintenance integration project.The cost com-position of the project was also clarified and the measurement,payment method was put forward with the Comprehensive Maintenance Quality Index(CMQI).
