摘要
为了研究当前城市交通发展比较典型的模式,以国内外部分城市交通发展为例,分析总结了区域轨道网主导进出城交通、合理的射线高速扩能改造措施、关键节点通道复合化利用、重视低等级道路系统的完善、重视公交路权分配、道路交通智能化管理等6 个方面的发展经验.因此,在城市交通规划和发展建设时,要注重规划统筹和规划引领,充分考虑近期和远期发展的关系,从而提高城市交通规划建设的科学性和合理性,有效解决城市交通问题.
Abstract
In order to study the typical modes of current urban transportation development,taking the transportation development of some cities at home and abroad as examples,this paper analyzes and summarizes the development experience in six aspects:regional rail network leading in and out of the city transportation,reasonable measures for expanding and renovating radial highways,composite utilization of key node channels,emphasis on the improvement of low-level road systems,emphasis on the allocation of public trans-portation rights,and intelligent management of road traffic.Therefore,in urban transportation planning and development,attention should be paid to planning coordination and planning guidance,fully considering the relationship between short-term and long-term development,in order to improve the scientificity and rationality of urban transportation planning and construction,and effectively solve urban transportation problems.
