玄武岩纤维高模量沥青混合料性能分析

为了提高沥青路面的建设质量,减小路面损害,以G45 大广高速公路为例,阐述了基质沥青、集料、填料、纤维、外加剂等沥青路面原材料的选择,从矿料级配和最佳油石比两方面分析了玄武岩纤维高模量沥青混合料的配合比设计;利用车辙试验、弯曲试验检测了高模量沥青混合料在不同工况下的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性,试验结果表明玄武岩纤维掺量越高,动稳定度、抗弯拉强度和弯拉应变呈先增大后减小的趋势。当玄武岩纤维掺量>0。4%,沥青混合料的性能有衰减趋势,故最佳玄武岩掺量可取0。4%;最后,针对高模量剂掺量为0。3%、玄武岩掺量为0。4%的沥青混合料开展浸水马歇尔试验,试验结果表明,各个试件的残留稳定度均大>85%,满足规范要求。
Analysis on the Performance of Basalt Fiber High Modulus Asphalt Mixture
In order to improve the construction quality of asphalt pavement and reduce the damage of pavement,the G45 Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway is taken as the research object,this paper expounds the selection of raw materials for asphalt pavement,such as base asphalt,aggregates,fillers,fibers and additives,etc.,the mixture ratio design of basalt fiber high modulus asphalt mixture is ana-lyzed from the aspects of aggregate gradation and optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio.The high temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance of high modulus asphalt mixture under different working conditions are tested by rutting test and bending test,the dynamic stability,flexural tensile strength and flexural tensile strain increased at first and then decreased.When the content of basalt fi-ber is more than0.4%,the performance of asphalt mixture tends to decline,so the optimal content of basalt fiber is 0.4%,marshall immersion test was carried out for asphalt mixture with 0.3%high modulus agent and 0.4%basalt.The test results showed that the re-sidual stability of each specimen was greater than 85%,which met the requirements of the code.
