再生沥青路面骨料和再生混凝土骨料共混用于路基的可行性分析

为研究再生沥青路面骨料(RAP)和再生混凝土骨料(RCA)共混物替代天然骨料用于路基的可行性,制备了5 种比例(RAP质量占比100%、50%、30%、15%和0%)的共混物,测试了共混物的压实度、渗透系数、承载比、磨损率、永久变形。研究结果表明:(1)RAP和RCA的混合比例对共混物的最大干密度和渗透系数无明显影响。随着共混物中RAP含量的增加,共混物的抗磨损性和强度均逐渐降低;(2)共混物对水分比较敏感,随着目标含水率的增大,共混物的永久应变极限逐渐增大,回弹模量极限逐渐减小;(3)根据试验室和现场的测试结果,在道路路基施工中,将15%的再生沥青路面骨料与85%的再生混凝土骨料结合使用,可以替代天然骨料。
Feasibility Analysis of Blending Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement Aggregate and Reclaimed Concrete Aggregate for Roadbed
In order to study the feasibility of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)aggregate and Reclaimed Concrete Aggregate(RCA)blends replacing natural aggregate for roadbed,five blends(RAP mass ratio 100%,50%,30%,15%and 0%)were prepared.The compactibility,permeability coefficient,bearing ratio,wear rate and permanent deformation of the blends were tested.The results showed that:(1)The mixture ratio of RAP and RCA had no significant effect on the maximum dry density and permeability of the blends.With the increase of RAP content in the blend,the wear resistance and strength of the blend decreased gradually.(2)The blend is more sensitive to water.With the increase of the target water content,the permanent strain limit of the blend gradually increases,and the elastic modulus limit gradually decreases.(3)According to laboratory and field test results,the combination of 15%RAP and 85%RCA can replace natural aggregate in road subgrade construction.
