摘要
接杆搅拌桩技术是高速公路路基处理中的常用技术,是一种流程简单、施工速度快的方法.为提升高速公路扩建工程的总体建设质量,基于长深高速为背景,分析当地地质、水文情况,探讨施工准备工作、作业实践及质量控制环节,全面讨论高速公路扩建工程接杆搅拌桩首件施工技术.首件施工是树立"样板工程"的关键,能为后续作业提供充分的参考和经验总结,同时具备试验、调整的功能.通过此次施工,实现了首件工程的示范作用,预防和消除了后续施工可能产生的质量通病.
Abstract
Connecting rod mixing pile technology is a common technology in highway subgrade treatment,which is a simple process and fast construction speed.In order to improve the overall construction quality of the expressway expansion project,based on the Chang-chun-Shenzhen Expressway as the background,the local geological and hydrological conditions were analyzed,the construction prepa-ration work,operation practice and quality control links were discussed,and the construction technology of the first piece of the express-way expansion project was comprehensively discussed.The construction of the first piece is the key to establish a"model project",which can provide sufficient reference and experience summary for subsequent operations,and has the function of testing and adjust-ment.Through this construction,the demonstration role of the first project has been realized,and the common quality problems that may occur in subsequent construction have been prevented and eliminated.
