路基不均匀沉降对路面结构层应力的影响分析

基于有限元分析软件对路基沉降时对应的基层材料的受力特点进行模拟分析,通过分析沉降量不同时发生的沉降变形和车辆荷载共同作用时基层材料底部受力情况的变化,研究结果表明:当路基发生不均匀形变的工况下,由于半刚性基层材料的抗拉强度比较低,此时半刚性基层底部受到较大的以受拉破坏为主的层底拉应力;半刚性基层底部的拉应力随着最大不均匀沉降量变大而增大,说明半刚性基层层底拉应力受路基不均匀变形的影响较大;在不均匀沉降变形和车辆荷载共同作用时,基层材料底部受到的作用力主要为层底拉应力。
Analysis on the Influence of Uneven Subgrade Settlement on the Stress of Pavement Structure Layer
Using the finite element software to simulate and analyze the stress characteristics of the corresponding base material when the roadbed settles,based on the analysis of the change of the stress on the base material under the combined action of different settle-ment deformation and vehicle load,the research results show that when the subgrade deforms inhomogeneously,because the tensile strength of semi-rigid base material is relatively low,the base of semi-rigid base material is subjected to large tensile stress,which is mainly caused by tensile failure.The tensile stress at the base of semi-rigid base increases with the increase of the maximum uneven settlement,which shows that the tensile stress at the base of semi-rigid base is greatly affected by the uneven deformation of sub-grade.When the uneven settlement deformation and the vehicle load act together,the force on the base material bottom is mainly the bottom tensile stress.
