高速公路沥青路面隐形病害探测与应用评价

以江西省樟吉高速公路沥青路面为研究对象,采用三维雷达探测路面隐形病害,通过对图像识别和处理,依据处理后图像特征判断路面内部结构层状态、病害类型和发展程度,并对路面内部病害进行统计评价。研究表明,樟吉高速公路路面主要隐形病害为反射裂缝、层间不良,少量路段单元存在局部混合料离析和块裂,未检测到基层局部离析。通过对典型病害位置现场取芯验证,三维雷达探测路面隐形病害与实际结构状况匹配率可达到 95%以上。在路面养护工程中,运用三维雷达可以有效探测路面隐形路面病害,为路面病害处治提供科学、合理的建议。
Detection and Application Evaluation of Invisible Diseases of Expressway Asphalt Pavement
Taking the asphalt pavement of Zhangji Expressway in Jiangxi Province as the research object,the three-dimensional radar was used to detect the invisible diseases of the pavement,and the state,disease type and development degree of the internal structure layer of the pavement were judged according to the image characteristics after image recognition and processing,and the internal disea-ses of the pavement were statistically evaluated.The results show that the main invisible diseases of the pavement of Zhangji Express-way are reflection cracks and poor interlayers,and a small number of road section units have local mixture segregation and block cracks,and no local segregation of the base layer is detected.Through the on-site coring verification of typical disease locations,the matching rate of 3D radar detection of invisible diseases on the pavement and the actual structural condition can reach more than95%.In pavement maintenance engineering,the use of 3D radar can effectively detect pavement invisible pavement diseases,and provide sci-entific and reasonable suggestions for the treatment of pavement diseases.
