干湿循环后路用混凝土性能的变化

为分析路用混凝土在干湿循环环境中的性能变化,运用理论知识设计相关室内试验,分析不同强度等级混凝土的回弹值、声速值以及抗压强度值随干湿循环次数增加后的变化规律,研究结果表明:干湿循环后,混凝土表面回弹值随着循环次数的增加而增大,虽然在后期增大的幅度比较小,但仍然具有上升趋势;如果混凝土内部密度越高,对应的声速越快,得到的混凝土强度越高;强度等级越高的混凝土抗压强度受干湿循环次数的影响越小。
Change of Pavement Concrete Properties After Dry-Wet Circulation
In order to analyze the performance change of road concrete in the dry-wet circulation environment,the relevant indoor tests are designed by using the theoretical knowledge,the variation regularity of the rebound value,sound velocity value and compressive strength value of different strength grades of concrete with the increase of the number of dry-wet circulation is analyzed,the surface strength of concrete increases with the increase of the number of circulation,although the increase is smaller in the later period,it still has an upward trend;if the internal density of concrete is higher,the corresponding sound velocity is faster,the concrete strength obtained is also high,and the influence of dry-wet circulation on the compressive strength of concrete with higher strength grade is smaller.
