Analysis of Reinforcement Effect of Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge Based on External Prestressing Method
Taking a continuous rigid frame highway bridge as the background, through numerical simulation calculation and field meas-urement,the stress variation characteristics of the main beam under load, the mid-span section of the second span main beam, the sec-tion of the top pier of the1#pier beam, and the section stress characteristics of the second span main beam at1/4 length are analyzed, and the measured values are compared with the simulated values. The results show that:(1)Under load, the measured deflection value of the second span main beam is always less than the simulated value, and the strain check coefficient and deflection check coefficient of the mid-span section are both less than 1.The strength of the reinforced bridge structure meets the engineering requirements;(2)Under the action of load, the strain check coefficient of the pier top beam section of 1#pier is less than 1,and the relative residual strain is less than the limit value0.2 specified in the code, which meets the code requirements;(3)Under load, the measured value of the section at 1/4 length of the second span main beam is always smaller than the simulated value, and the strain check coefficient and deflection check coefficient are both less than 1,indicating that the strength of the reinforced bridge structure meets the engineering re-quirements;(4)In the actual bridge strengthening project, the use of external preforce reinforcement technology to strengthen the bridge can promote the crack closure and reduce the deflection of the bridge structure.
