桥梁用高强度钢筋混凝土高温冷却性能的试验分析

为分析桥梁工程中常用的C80 高强度钢筋混凝土试件在高温过后经过自然冷却和水冷却两种冷却方式处理后的混凝土试件性能变化,运用理论知识结合相关设备进行高温模拟试验,进而分析其对应的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的变化,研究结果表明:相同温度作用下,高温后,试件中心的温度小于试件表面的温度,大截面尺寸的混凝土强度损失较大;冷却后的混凝土试件,随着温度上升,不同尺寸的混凝土试件抗压强度随之下降,大截面尺寸的混凝土强度损失较大;高温后,混凝土试件的劈裂抗拉强度随着温度上升而下降,截面尺寸大的混凝土试件下降的更明显;冷却后的混凝土试件,随着温度上升,不同尺寸的混凝土试件劈裂抗拉强度随之下降,大截面尺寸的混凝土强度损失较大。
Test and Analysis of High Temperature Cooling Performance of High Strength Reinforced Concrete for Bridge
In order to analyze the performance changes of C80 high strength reinforced concrete specimens after high temperature treat-ment by natural cooling and water cooling,based on the theory and the related equipment,the high temperature simulation test is car-ried out,and the corresponding changes of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength are analyzed,the compressive strength of the concrete specimens with large cross-section size decreases with the increase of the temperature,and the compressive strength of the concrete specimens with different sizes decreases with the increase of the temperature,after natural cooling,the splitting tensile strength of concrete specimens decreases with the increase of temperature,especially for the specimens with large section size.With the increase of temperature,the splitting tensile strength of concrete specimens with different sizes decreases,and the strength loss of con-crete with large cross-section is greater.
