地铁明挖区间下穿河道冻结法施工技术

冻结法施工当前已广泛应用于城市盾构隧道联络通道中,依托苏州市轨道交通8 号线工程,对目前较少遇到的地铁明挖区间下穿河道冻结施工进行研究。结合项目实际工况,通过对涌水涌砂原因的研判、冻结方案的比选、填充注浆的预加固及冻结施工关键工序的总结分析,提出相应整治措施及注意事项,成功防水堵漏,土体整体冻结加固效果良好,满足了下穿河道明挖安全施工要求,实现了二期结构的顺利开挖并保证了作业质量。
Construction Technology of Freezing Method for Subway Excavated Interval Cross under the River
Freezing method construction has been widely used in urban shield tunnel contact channel,relying on Suzhou City Railway Transit Line 8 project,the less encountered subway trenching interval under the river freezing construction research.Combined with the actual working conditions of the project,through the research and judgment of the causes of water and sand gushing,the selection of freezing scheme,the pre-strengthening of filling grouting and the summary and analysis of the key processes of freezing construction,corresponding remedial measures and precautions are put forward,successful waterproofing and leakage plugging,and the overall effect of soil freezing and reinforcement is good,which meets the requirements of the safety of excavation of undercutting through the river channel,and realizes the smooth excavation of the second-phase structure and guarantees the quality of the operation.
