Application and Prospect of Wood-Plastic Composite Packaging Based on Pine Sawdust in the Transportation
To address the environmental issues caused by plastic packaging and some problems existing in the packaging during the current transportation process.Through research on packaging materials and wood,it was found that wood is a natural green material,and pine sawdust has obvious resource advantages but has not been fully utilized.Based on the research on using wood as a packaging material,it was found that a single sawdust has poor performance and often needs to be compounded for later use.Therefore,using wood-plastic composite materials as packaging materials can effectively solve the existing packaging problems and adapt to the existing road conditions.After studying the chemical composition of pine sawdust,the physical and chemical properties and component functions of turpentine,it was concluded that the packaging made from pine sawdust has the advantage of turpentine's antibacterial properties and can be made into transport packaging materials with good performance.
