摘要
土地利用与交通系统的协调发展是城市健康发展与可持续发展的重要手段,基于交通设施、用地数据,结合交通设施、用地、人口岗位数据,对中心城区储备地块进行交通区位和成熟度评价,对市级储备项目、地块交通区位和成熟度进行评分和排序.以翠云片区为试点,提出了改善地块交通区位、提升土地价值的对策建议.
Abstract
The coordinated development of land use and transportation system is an important means of urban healthy and sustainable development.Based on the data of transportation facilities and land use,combined with the data of transportation facilities,land use and population positions,this paper evaluates the transportation location and maturity of reserve land in central urban area,and scores and sorts the municipal reserve projects,land use and transportation location and maturity.Taking Cuiyun area as a pilot,the countermeas-ures and suggestions to improve the traffic location and enhance the land value are put forward.
