磷肥配施钼酸铵对黑青稞生物量及旗叶光合性能的影响

为了明确磷肥配施钼酸铵对黑青稞生物量及旗叶光合性能的影响,以隆子黑青稞为实验材料,通过随机区组实验,比较分析了磷肥配施钼酸铵对黑青稞旗叶净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率及生物量的影响.结果表明,与CK处理相比,P、Mo处理可提高黑青稞的旗叶净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率,P+Mo配施处理后可进一步提高黑青稞生物量与光合性能;磷肥配施钼酸铵处理后,地上部分生物量与总生物量上升显著,根系生物量增加,根冠比下降.磷肥配施钼酸铵对黑青稞的生长具有协同增效作用,促进黑青稞光合产物的生产和积累,进而提高黑青稞生物量.
Influence of Phosphorus Fertilizer Combined with Ammonium Molybdate on Biomass and Flag Leaf Photosynthetic Performance of Black Barley
In order to clarify the influence of phosphorus fertilizer combined with ammonium molybdate on the biomass and flag leaf photosynthetic performance of black highland barley,Longzi black highland barley is used as the experimental material.Through random block experiments,the study compares and analyzes the influence of phosphorus fertilizer combined with ammonium molybdate on the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,transpiration rate,and biomass of black highland barley flag leaves.The results show that compared with CK treatment,P and Mo treatments can increase the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,and transpiration rate of black barley flag leaves.The combination of P+Mo treatment can further improve the biomass and photosynthetic performance of black barley.After the treatment of phosphate fertilizer combined with ammonium molybdate,the aboveground biomass and total biomass increase significantly,while the root biomass increases and the root to shoot ratio decreases.Phosphate fertilizer combined with ammonium molybdate can have a synergistic effect on the growth of black barley,promote the production and accumulation of photosynthetic products,and thereby increase the biomass of black barley.
