摘要
随着养老产业需求的不断增长,研究养老产业的重要性与紧迫性随之增加.对知网文献进行检索分析,发现近年养老产业研究主要集中在养老产业困境与发展路径、养老产业与其他产业的协调融合发展、养老金融、养老行业治理及养老人才培养等方面,在研究上存在量化研究较缺乏,微观研究较泛化等问题.未来微观层面研究需做到具体可操作,并增加定量方面的研究,在产业内容、产业结构、产业布局及产业制度化的持续创新、变革和发展等方面进行深入研究.
Abstract
With the continuous increasing demand of the elderly care industry,it is important and urgent to study the elderly care industry.Through the literature search and analysis on CNKI,it is found that the research on the elderly care industry in recent years mainly focuses on the plight and development path of the elderly care industry,the coordinated and integrated development of the elderly care industry and other industries,the elderly care finance,the elderly care industry governance,and the training of elderly care talents,etc.There are some problems in the research,such as lack of quantitative research and extensive micro-research,etc.In the future,the suggestions put forward by micro-level research should be concrete and operable,and quantitative research can also be added to carry out in-depth research in industrial content,industrial structure,industrial layout,and continuous innovation,change and development of industrial system,etc.
