江苏省城市宜居性综合评价研究

摘要
针对江苏省13 个地级市进行宜居性研究,结合江苏省实际情况,通过归纳比较法、层次分析法与因子分析法构建城市宜居性综合评价指标体系进行评价.结果表明:江苏省少部分城市宜居性建设情况良好,仍有大部分城市的宜居性建设还需进一步改善.其中,苏南地区城市宜居性最好,苏中地区发展缓慢,苏北地区还需加强城市宜居性建设.重视宜居城市实施规划编制、促进经济均衡发展等能有效推动城市宜居性建设.
Abstract
Based on the livability research of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province,the study constructs a set of suitable comprehensive evaluation index system of city livability with inductive comparison,analytic hierarchy process and factor analysis.The results show that a small number of cities in Jiangsu Province have a good livability construction,and most cities still need to be further improved.Among them,the Southern Region of Jiangsu is the most livable city,the Middle Region of Jiangsu develops slow,and the North Region of Jiangsu needs to strengthen the construction of city livability.It is suggested to attach importance to the implementation planning of livable cities,and promote balanced economic development,etc.,so as to effectively promote the construction of city livability.
