摘要
在高等教育进入以质量为核心的内涵式发展阶段背景下,高校质量文化建设的地位日渐凸显.基于高校质量文化层次要素,以高校学生为调研对象,通过问卷调查收集相关数据,利用IPA分析法从高校质量物质文化、行为文化、制度文化及精神文化四个层次进行重要性与满意度的分析,构建高校质量文化重要性与满意度的IPA分析图,发现高校教师行为与高校领导行为既受到重视,也得到了学生的认可.图书馆与教学楼等基础设施的受重视程度与满意度评价均较低.教师队伍水平、高校质量建设理念、高校质量制度建设、高校质量组织建设、高校质量建设的意识与态度、高校质量建设氛围的重要性较高而满意度评价处于较低水平.应根据存在问题对高校质量文化建设进行改进,以期推动高校质量文化建设良性发展.
Abstract
In the connotative development stage with quality as the core,the status of quality culture construction in colleges and universities has become increasingly prominent in higher education.Based on the requirements of university quality culture level,the study takes university students as the research objects,collects relevant data with questionnaire survey,and analyzes the importance and satisfaction of university quality culture from university quality material culture,behavior culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture with IPA analysis method,so as to build an IPA analysis chart of the importance and satisfaction of university quality culture.It is found that the behavior of college teachers and college leaders is not only valued,but also recognized by students.The degree of attention and satisfaction evaluation of infrastructure,such as library and teaching building,are low.The level of teachers,the idea of college quality construction,the construction of college quality system,the construction of college quality organization,the awareness and attitude of college quality construction,and the atmosphere of college quality construction are important,but the satisfaction evaluation is low.It is necessary to improve the quality culture construction of colleges and universities according to the existing problems,so as to promote the benign development of the quality culture construction of colleges and universities.
