摘要
为了解0～3 岁婴幼儿家长对托育服务的需求,对淮安市452 名0～3 岁婴幼儿的父母开展相关问卷调查.结果表明,父母收入、子女数量、母亲受教育程度、送托距离与质量及政策支持会显著影响婴幼儿家庭的托育需求.目前,托育机构存在行业标准与综合监管协调机制不完善、师资水平不高、收费标准高出家庭预期等问题,不能充分满足家长的托育需求.据此,应发展多元化托育模式,扩大普惠性公共托育服务覆盖面,针对全市各类托育点定期开展阶段性评估,托育机构也应加强对从业人员的培训,在优化课程设置、提高师资水平方面投入更多精力,以充分满足婴幼儿家庭的托育服务需求.
Abstract
In order to know the needs of parents of 0～3 years old infants,the study conducts questionnaire survey among 452 parents of 0～3 years old infants in Huai'an City.The results show that parental income,the number of children,the education level of mothers,the distance and quality of care and the policy support can significantly influence the childcare needs of infant families.At present,there are problems in childcare institutions,such as imperfect industry standards,and comprehensive supervision and coordination mechanism,low level of teachers,and higher fees than families expect,which cannot fully meet the needs of parents.Therefore,it is suggested to develop diversified childcare models,expand the coverage of inclusive public childcare services,and carry out periodic assessments for all kinds of childcare sites in the city.Childcare institutions should also strengthen the training of practitioners,invest more energy in the optimization of the curriculum and the improvement the level of teachers,so as to fully meet the needs of childcare services for infant families.
