高校辅导员核心素养现状分析

高校辅导员的核心素养在引导大学生成长成才过程中能发挥关键性作用.结合相关参考文献与当前时代发展背景设计调研问卷,运用描述性统计分析法对问卷调研者的基本情况进行分析,运用层次分析法(AHP)对高校辅导员核心素养各指标的具体占比情况进行定量测算发现,大学生对高校辅导员核心素养的总体评价较高,但辅导员与学生面谈机会较少,对学生的熟悉程度及思想政治教育方面存在较大差别.高校辅导员应加强与学生的沟通,及时改善自身问题,并适当开展相关教育课程等,以进一步促进高校教育质量的提升.
Abstract
The core quality of college counselors can play a key role in guiding college students to grow and become talented.The study designs questionnaire in combination with relevant references and the development background of the current era,analyzes the basic situation of the questionnaire respondents with descriptive statistics analysis,and quantitatively measures the specific proportion of each index of the core literacy of college counselors with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The overall evaluation of college counselors'core quality is higher.However,counselors have few opportunities to interview students,and there are great differences in their familiarity with students and ideological and political education.College counselors should strengthen the communication with students,improve their own problems in time,and carry out relevant education courses appropriately,etc.,so as to further promote the quality of college education.
