摘要
借助问卷调查法了解不同年级、不同性别高职院校学生对职业生涯规划的认知程度、就业信心与职业认识.运用描述性统计分析探究受访者对职业生涯规划教育的认可程度,利用二元Logistic模型探究职业生涯规划的影响因素,以此得到受访者的基本特征.运用层次分析法深入分析高职院校学生在职业生涯规划认识方面存在的问题,基于实证调研对高职院校职业生涯规划教育的创新与实践提出相关建议:融合信息数字化技术建立职业生涯规划测试平台,提高学生的动手操作能力与职业认知水平.
Abstract
The study analyzes the cognition degree,employment confidence and career cognition of vocational college students of different grades and genders on career planning with questionnaire survey.The study explores the interviewees'recognition degree of career planning education with descriptive statistical analysis,and the influencing factors of career planning with binary logistic model,so as to obtain the basic characteristics of interviewees.Then the study conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in vocational college students'cognition of career planning with Analytic Hierarchy Process.Based on the empirical research,the study puts forward relevant suggestions for the innovation and practice of career planning education in higher vocational colleges:integrating digital information technology to establish a career planning test platform to improve students'operational ability and career cognition.
