Survey on the Demand for Professional Ability of Business Administration Professionals

摘要
通过问卷调查法探究企业对工商管理专业人才职业能力的需求.结果显示,战略与规划能力、领导与团队管理能力、经营与财务管理能力、创新与市场开拓能力是工商管理专业人才需要具备的重要职业能力.经营与财务管理能力在性别方面存在显著性差异,创新与市场开拓能力在不同的企业类型中存在显著性差异,工商管理专业人才应结合自身能力特点,不断完善自我,以满足企业发展需求,实现自身职业价值.
Abstract
The study explores the demand of business executives for the professional ability of business administration professionals with questionnaire survey method.The results show that strategy and planning,leadership and team management,operation and financial management,and innovation and market development are important professional abilities that business administration professionals need to have.There are significant differences in the ability of operation and financial management in different genders,and there are significant differences in the ability of innovation and market development in different types of enterprises.Business administration professionals should combine their own ability characteristics,and constantly improve themselves to meet the needs of enterprise development and realize their own career value.
